She's hurt

With fear in her voice her friend called me to say She had fallen of her bike and that a nasty looking wound was in her leg and an ambulance was already on its way. What horror went through my head in those minutes of rush before I arrived at the scene!
Five stiches were needed to close the wound... and she's doing reasonably well now.

While she amuses herself with modern equipment during the day, I tend to crochet something like between a shawl and a stole to finish all the pieces of wool I've been saving.

sweet tooth

I have a bit of a sweet tooth and my kids too. But I want us to eat healthy sweets at tea time instead of all the cheap rubbish with white sugar and artificial colorants.
(help, Sintmaarten is coming! i.e. kind of Halloween).
Hence I bought these raw chocolate and energy bars from Chocodelic. They have the following assets:
*full of minerals
*full of antioxidants
*rich on love chemicals
*low on glycemic values
*they taste really really nice! 

I ordered the mixed boxes but if you ask Irene nicely she'll probably send you a sample of each bar/taste. Right Irene?

Pff it's been really hard...Thank you so much for all your cards, sms and emails!
I'm recovering! Thanks to the healthy food my husband is preparing for me... a real feast to be home.
Now (all) I can is (lying down) enjoying of what I used to love as a kid... looking at the clouds!
Still I won't be able to go to work and do all the inspring things I used to do for a month or so...
