I am starting to pick things up a bit ... not all in one day though.

Today is our wedding anniversary! The sun is shining, a nice cup of coffee in our green garden!
Since I'm not really into traditions we didn't celebrate our 12,5th anniversary. So we planned to go sailing to Terschelling this weekend. Sadly enough I will not join the trip because I'm still not strong enough...! We'll do that together some other time this summer.

Pff it's been really hard...Thank you so much for all your cards, sms and emails!
I'm recovering! Thanks to the healthy food my husband is preparing for me... a real feast to be home.
Now (all) I can is (lying down) enjoying of what I used to love as a kid... looking at the clouds!
Still I won't be able to go to work and do all the inspring things I used to do for a month or so...

While my partner is groaning and sighing on renovating our bedbox - its floor was full with woodworm  and it was mostly cold in the bedbox because the cellar's underneath and no insulation- I lie down on the couch making the same sounds being sick from stomachache and backpains ... It was supposed to be a job for two, but my work will come with the painting and decorating the new lovely wallpaper.

With colleque Marjolein Perin to the 'textielfestival' in Leiden and afterwards in a tiny house in Noord-Holland, near the dunes and sea. Marjolein stayed for one night, I did 5 ...

Never imaged I could sit down for so many hours and even enjoy it, and make long long walks ... all alone...lovely!

I missed them during the winter. There are always three or four of them in my garden, but this one was too severe so they left as well. Today I heard them, my little pals....
