I love TED

My favorite way of 'watching television':

really inspiring, informative and alarming talks on TED.com on hundreds of topics. From global issues to creativity, from innovation to love, etc.
For example this talk on sustainability surprised me (stick with him because he goes fast!)

sweet tooth

I have a bit of a sweet tooth and my kids too. But I want us to eat healthy sweets at tea time instead of all the cheap rubbish with white sugar and artificial colorants.
(help, Sintmaarten is coming! i.e. kind of Halloween).
Hence I bought these raw chocolate and energy bars from Chocodelic. They have the following assets:
*full of minerals
*full of antioxidants
*rich on love chemicals
*low on glycemic values
*they taste really really nice! 

I ordered the mixed boxes but if you ask Irene nicely she'll probably send you a sample of each bar/taste. Right Irene?
