In daily life it's easy to slip into routines and habits that don't really support you. It makes me ill and dissatisfied....

  2. Yummie! Probeer maar eens: lekker fruit en wat avocado en veldsla of spinazie, staafmixer erin...mmmm. En die hummus is ook erg lekker met de postelein erop of met kiemen...mmmmm, en zo gezond! Energybommetjes!
